Join Pause and Reframe

Pause and Reframe Psychotherapy is growing! I am looking to connect with a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is interested in joining the practice as an independent contractor. This is a fully virtual position, providing psychotherapy to clients across Ontario.

I am looking for someone who values compassionate, client-centred, and trauma-informed care and is interested in building their caseload within a supportive virtual private practice. This opportunity may be especially well suited to a newer therapist who is looking to grow their practice while having access to ongoing clinical support and supervision.

As part of Pause and Reframe, you will have support with referrals, marketing, administrative systems, and practice management, allowing you to focus more of your time and energy on your clinical work. Clinical supervision can also be provided for RP(Q)s who require it.

Applicants Should:

  • Be registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as an RP or RP(Q)

  • Hold a master's degree in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, or a related field

  • Carry professional liability insurance

  • Be comfortable providing psychotherapy virtually to clients across Ontario

  • Have access to a private, professional, and confidential space for virtual sessions

  • Have a strong understanding of ethical and professional practice in accordance with CRPO standards

  • Demonstrate a compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centred approach to therapy

  • Have an interest in working with areas such as trauma, anxiety, stress, ADHD, attachment, emotional regulation, or related concerns

  • Be comfortable gradually building and maintaining a caseload

  • Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation
