Psychotherapy is a space for you to talk openly about what is going on in your life, better understand yourself, and work through the things that may be feeling difficult or overwhelming.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Some people come to therapy with a specific concern they want to work through, while others may not know exactly what they need yet. You might want to understand why you respond to certain situations the way you do, work through past experiences, learn new ways of coping, or simply have a space where you can talk without feeling judged.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, emotions, and relationships that have shaped you, while finding ways to help you move forward that actually feel realistic and meaningful to you.
You don't need to know exactly where to start. We can figure that out together.
