Individual Psychotherapy
50-Minute Session | $185
My integrative approach draws from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Culturally Sensitive approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported, while also offering guidance and practical tools when helpful. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we can explore what is bringing you to therapy, better understand the patterns that may be impacting you, and work toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Clinical Supervision
60-Minute Individual Clinical Supervision | $125
I provide clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) and Registered Psychotherapists seeking continued supervision. I aim to create a space where you can openly explore your clinical work, ask questions, work through uncertainty, and continue developing confidence in yourself as a therapist.
Supervision may include case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical considerations, therapeutic challenges, boundaries, countertransference, and navigating more complex clinical presentations. We can also explore what is coming up for you within the work and how your own experiences, instincts, and therapeutic style influence the way you show up with clients.
My role as a supervisor is not to tell you exactly how to be a therapist, but to help you think critically about your work, strengthen your clinical judgment, and develop a therapeutic style that feels like your own. For those working with trauma, supervision can also include guidance around stabilization, readiness for trauma processing, pacing, and the use of trauma-focused approaches.
