Alisha Levine - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are. A place where you feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. Therapy can be vulnerable, and I don’t take that vulnerability lightly. My hope is that our work together feels like a space where you can let yourself be honest about what you’re experiencing, without judgment, and feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room.
My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and tailored to you. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s bringing you in, get curious about the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward the changes that feel meaningful to you. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and a little humour when it helps.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-esteem, body image, and relationship concerns.Often, these struggles can leave us feeling like we’re never quite enough, not doing enough, not looking the “right” way, not saying the right thing, or constantly worrying about how we’re being perceived by others. Therapy can be a place to step away from some of that pressure, better understand where it comes from, and reconnect with yourself.
Most importantly, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. We can take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
